4. I/We agree that TCC Ltd has absolute discretion to decline this application, extend such other loan amount (including lower loan amount than the amount applied for in this application) or impose other conditions on me/us as TCC Ltd may reasonable deem fit.

I/We shall indemnify TCC Ltd and keep TCC Ltd indemnified at all times against and from all actions, proceedings, claims, loss, damage, costs and expenses which may be brought against TCC Ltd or suffered or incurred by TCC Ltd arising either directly or indirectly out of or in connection with TCC Ltd accepting instructions from me/us or purportedly from me/us by way of fax or email.
